Here at Bion we are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days from date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return the item must have been purchased from the Bion shop, must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and the part must be in its original packaging, including all labels and documents.
To initiate a return please contact our team at sales@bion.co.uk or call 01189 592700. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. After contact securely pack the item and ship it to Robert Bion & Co Ltd, 14 Portman Road, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 1EA. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping unless the return is due to our error (eg wrong item sent, defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, if the rejection is approved a refund or replacement will be processed. It is our aim to ship replacements and raise credits within 5 working days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
