In our business, tooling is everything. The perforation process starts with the design and machining of precision tooling to exacting tolerances.

One of the major benefits of using Bion as a supplier is that our tooling is inter-changeable. This gives you security of supply as we are not reliant on just one press on which to produce product.

We believe that the quality of the perforating tools is a critical factor in the quality of the product. We have therefore invested significantly in this area in recent years, and have also worked hard to develop our tool-making techniques. If we do not have the exact pattern you require, our in-house tool making capability enables us to tool up for your requirements with minimum delay.

Having honed our skills on our own perforating tools, we now offer to our customers the production of high quality punching tools – at very competitive prices.
